Bass Pro Shops holding Boy Scouts fundraiser

For the fifth consecutive year, Bass Pro Shops is hosting Boy Scout Month in September at stores across the country. Bass Pro in Bossier City will promote Boy Scouts of America, offer merit badge classes, and provide opportunities to raise funds for Scouting projects throughout the month.

“In addition, the in-store merit badge program is a helpful resource for Scouts that are interested in working on their fishing or rifle shooting badges. At the same time, it fosters a connection with our members and their families that the local Bass Pro Shop and its team of outdoor experts are a year-round resource ready to support them with a backyard campout or an adventure of a lifetime,” said James Johnson team leader, fund development at Boy Scouts of America.
