Mississippi Gov. to Receive Distinguished Citizen Award

The Distinguished Citizen Award is given to leaders who have achieved significant gains in their communities, whether these leaders are Scouts or not. The Boy Scouts of America’s Pine Burr Area Council will award Gov. Phil Bryant the honor this Monday, March 23, in Hattiesburg, MS.
