Scout Executive of the Transatlantic Council Vince Cozzone received the French Legion of Honour Award on January 30, 2015. While this honor is typically reserved for French citizens, it may be awarded to foreign citizens whose work significantly impacts France in a way that upholds the country’s ideals.

Vince earned this distinction of the Legion of Honour for his work to protect and preserve the historic beaches and battlefields of Normandy.

Join us in congratulating Vince! Being received into the order is the highest decoration in France and a great reflection of the impact the Boy Scouts of America can have around the world.
