One of the most accomplished drivers in motorsports, Brown has built a career defined by determination, resilience, and excellence. As a championship-winning competitor and team owner, he has become a respected leader both on and off the racetrack, inspiring young people to pursue their goals and overcome challenges.
“Antron Brown embodies many of the values that Scouting seeks to instill in young people, including integrity, perseverance, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence,” said Roger Krone, president and CEO of Scouting America. “We are thrilled to welcome him to the National Jamboree, and we know that Scouts were inspired by his journey and the lessons he has learned throughout his extraordinary career.”
During his visit, Brown engaged with Scouts through special appearances, question-and-answer sessions, and interactive experiences focused on leadership, goal setting, and personal growth. His participation provided Scouts with a unique opportunity to hear firsthand how discipline, preparation, and teamwork contributes to success at the highest levels of competition. Brown also had the opportunity to meet Scouts and their families at the race in Sonoma, California, this past weekend.
“Scouting helps young people develop confidence, character, and leadership skills that last a lifetime,” said Brown, a former Cub Scout who credits Scouting with instilling the discipline and life skills that shaped his success. “I’m excited to meet Scouts from across the country and share how the values of teamwork, determination, and perseverance have played an important role in my own journey.”
Held every four years, the National Jamboree brings together thousands of Scouts, volunteers, and leaders from across the United States for one of Scouting America’s signature events. Participants experience world-class outdoor adventure, STEM programs, leadership development opportunities, service projects, and fellowship while building friendships that span the nation.

Brown’s appearance is part of Scouting America’s ongoing effort to connect Scouts with accomplished leaders, innovators, athletes, and role models whose experiences demonstrate the power of hard work, leadership, and service.
